Senior Corporate Administrator

We are looking on behalf of one of our clients for a Senior Corporate Administrator. As a Senior Corporate Administrator, you will play a vital role in the general administration and day to day management of the companies within the group, ensuring the smooth operation of their business processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Head of Corporate Service
  • Comply with all regulatory, statutory and legislative requirements in general and in accordance with the regulatory licences held by the business.
  • Liaise with professional intermediaries in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Undertaking comprehensive company file reviews, updating information and maintaining company records in Viewpoint.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience with a Trust or Company Service Provider.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong academic background to a graduate level or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Viewpoint.
  • Strong initiative, leadership skills and mentoring abilities.
