You will oversee key client accounts, support the administration of trusts, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Duties:
- Overseeing high-profile client structures, ensuring a smooth and compliant operation across client portfolios.
- Administering trusts, ensuring that all legal and regulatory standards are upheld, and trust records are kept accurate and current.
- Prepare and review statutory filings, maintain up-to date trust records, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborating closely with clients, legal teams, and colleagues.
- Share knowledge and mentor junior team members, supporting professional growth within the team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a senior administrative or managerial role within corporate or fiduciary services, with knowledge of trust administration.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and relevant software, such as Viewpoint.
- Highly organized, with an ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and compliance processes.
- Ability to handle confidential information, manage multiple tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
