We are looking on behalf of one of our clients for an IT Support Technician.
This role demands someone with a high degree of proactivity, capable of understanding the business needs and able to communicate well at all levels. Similar experience in a previous role is not necessary but an understanding of a wide range of hardware and software, and fault finding are all necessary to be successful in this position.
The ideal candidate will be handling 1st point of call for all IT related issues as well as acknowledging and recording all incidents and requests.
Required:
• A basic understanding of PC Repair/support
• A basic understanding of Networks/Printers
• Driver’s License
• Ideally have a minimum of 4 GCSE’s including English & Mathematics.
• Fluent in English & Spanish.
