Head Of People

Our client, a well established company, and an independent provider of corporate, private client, retirement planning, insurance and tax services is looking for a Head Of People.

Requirements are:

  • CIPD (Level 5 or 7) in People Management or a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner or managerial role.
  • Demonstrated experience in People Operational strategy, employee relations, talent management, and compensation & benefits.
