We are looking on behalf of our client, a leading corporate, trust and fund services firm, for a Client Services Administrator to join their banking department. You will be responsible for the maintenance of their client banking function, including working with local and international banks, arranging bank transfers and reconciling bank accounts.
Desired skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance is preferred, but not essential
- Accounting qualification or experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Prior experience in the banking sector is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (required) and Viewpoint (preferred).
- Self-motivated and highly organized individual who is an excellent team player.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task.
- Strong academic background, minimum of 5 GCSE’s including English and Mathematics.
