Chief Financial Officer

Our Client, a leading global payments fintech, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide timely and accurate critical analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts, to include monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
• Provide critical analysis of performance of the Bank
• Partner with all senior stakeholders and business unit heads to measure and drive key performance metrics
• Manage financial controls and accounting procedures with suitable transfer pricing for Bank reporting
• Working with statutory audit partner to ensure that the external audit and annual accounts sign off is complete on time and to a high standard.
• Decide on investment strategies by considering capital and liquidity risks
• Accountable for ICAAP and ILAAP
• Work in partnership with Group CFO, Bank CEO and Senior Executives to initiate and implement Bank strategy
• Set high standards of control for all operational activity and implements clear measurement and is fully appraised of current performance, trends, market development, threats and opportunities
• Provide strong leadership across the Bank, ensure the retention and recruitment of talented individuals to ensure the highest level of performance

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance
• ACCA/ACA qualification
