Administration Officer – Front Office Support Department

We are looking on behalf of our client for an Administration Officer.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Provision of administrative support and assistance to our Front Office Support and acquisition teams
• Processing of incoming and outgoing payments
• Distribution of client communication

The ideal candidate will have a good academic background and experience within Private Banking. The position will call for an excellent team player with outstanding administration, organisation and computer skills, knowledge of investment instruments, together with an ability to work accurately and efficiently.
