We are looking on behalf of one of our clients, a well established private bank in Gibraltar, for a Counterparty Relationship Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing counterparty relationships to align with the Bank’s strategic goals.
- Identifying and onboarding new counterparty relationships, including due diligence documentation, and coordination with departments across the bank.
- Negotiating and maintaining contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Monitoring service performance and addressing issues proactively.
- Staying informed on industry trends and emerging service providers and regularly assessing the landscape of existing counterparty relationships.
- Managing periodic counterparty reviews.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of counterparty agreements and compliance.
- Supporting audits and strategic projects related to counterparty management.
- Regularly visit third-party offices or locations as required.
Required:
- A minimum 5 years experience and a higher-level qualification in business or finance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation, relationship management, organisational, and administrative skills.
- Ability to travel.
