Administrator (Costa Blanca)

Independent and busy Travel Agency based on the Orihuela Costa (Costa Blanca) is looking to recruit a bi-lingual (English & Spanish) Administrator, with excellent customer service skills. The ideal person will be highly organised, efficient, willing to take the initiative, and proactive. In return the company offers a highly competitive package.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Daily maintenance of the diary involving checking and completing actions, calling clients for payments
  • Preforming online Check-ins for clients
  • Chase up any outstanding details
  • Contacting clients on return for feedback on holiday
  • General Office Duties
  • Preparing Documents for Travel
  • Preparing Contracts for signing
  • Checking Country Requirements for travelers
  • Processing any insurance/airline etc. claims & following up
  • Maintaining Window advertising, changing and updating as necessary
  • Using Mailchimp to design and send out current offers and following up on enquiries
  • Processing sales with clients in the office
  • Replying to email, media and online enquiries
  • Social enquiries
